How to Request Data Deletion

In compliance with Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and global data privacy standards, Fieldaira provides clear steps for users to request the permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data:

1. In-App Deletion: Open the Fieldaira mobile app, navigate to Profile / Settings → Account → Request Account Deletion.
2. Email Request: Send an email from your registered account email to privacy@fieldaira.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Data Retained vs. Deleted

Deleted immediately:

• User login credentials, email address, display name, and auth tokens.
• Device push notification tokens and local mobile cache data.

Organizational business records retained:

Anonymized operational records (such as completed field work orders, signed contracts, or historical customer appointments) created on behalf of a tenant employer are retained under the employer's master subscription terms.
