By accessing or using the Fieldaira platform, web applications, or native mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accessing the services on behalf of an enterprise or employer, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You must notify Fieldaira immediately of any unauthorized account access.

3. Permitted Use

Fieldaira is provided for field operations, canvassing, sales estimating, spatial hardware measurement, and job installation tracking. You agree not to attempt reverse engineering of the software, bypass security controls, or transmit unlawful content.

4. Customer Data & Ownership

Subscribers retain all right, title, and interest in and to their operational data, customer lists, spatial measurements, and job photos uploaded to Fieldaira. Fieldaira processes customer data strictly to provide and maintain the service.

5. Service Availability

Fieldaira makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible. Offline capabilities in native mobile apps allow data capture to continue seamlessly during temporary network outages.
