Fieldaira Acceptable Use Policy

1. General Principles

This policy outlines mandatory rules of conduct for contractors, facility managers, and homeowners on the Fieldaira Platform. All users must maintain truthful project scopes, accurate timestamps, and respectful communication.

2. Standards for Contractors & Vendors

• • Truth in Quoting: No intentional cost inflation or bait-and-switch bidding without documented change orders.
• • Licensing & Insurance: Pros must keep authentic trade licenses and active COIs on file. Misrepresenting insurance coverage is grounds for immediate termination.
• • Data Integrity: No falsifying GPS check-ins, job milestone photos, or lien waiver signatures.

3. Standards for Property Owners & Customers

• • Fair Payment: No fraudulent payment reversals or chargebacks after verified work is completed.
• • Honest Reviews: No extortion or fabricated negative reviews to coerce contractor discounts.
• • No Automated Scraping: No unauthorized scripts, scrapers, or bot extraction of directory leads or pricing.

4. Security Restrictions

Users must not decompile the software, bypass tenant isolation barriers, or conduct vulnerability scans without express written authorization from the Fieldaira Security Team (security@fieldaira.com).

5. Enforcement & Contact
