Electronic Signature Consent Agreement

1. Scope & Legal Validity

This agreement governs your use of electronic signatures (“e-signatures”) on the Fieldaira Platform in compliance with the federal ESIGN Act (Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act) and the uniform UETA (Uniform Electronic Transactions Act). E-signatures executed on Fieldaira have the same legal force and effect as handwritten wet ink signatures.

2. Applicable Documents

You agree to execute and receive electronic records for:

• • Project Estimates & Master Service Agreements
• • Scope Change Orders & Material Addenda
• • Commercial Purchase Orders (PO) & Milestone Sign-offs
• • Partial & Final Unconditional Lien Waivers
• • Warranty Certificates & Completion Notices

3. Tamper-Evident Audit Trail

Every e-signed document automatically captures a cryptographic audit certificate recording UTC timestamps, authenticated user credentials, IP address, and document hash. These records are securely maintained in accordance with statutory retention requirements.

4. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw electronic consent at any time by contacting legal@fieldaira.com. Previously executed electronic documents remain valid and legally enforceable.
